Thank you for your purchase at Vragil. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of the underwear we offer, we regret that we cannot provide a right of withdrawal for purchases made. This policy is in accordance with legal provisions that exclude hygiene-sensitive articles from the statutory right of withdrawal. We ask for your understanding that this measure serves to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Special Exceptions
While we generally do not offer returns for the reasons mentioned above, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and are willing to consider exceptions in special cases. If you believe your case qualifies for an exception, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your product. Each request will be individually reviewed and, if approved, additional conditions will apply.
